23MiMA Hōjicha is roasted green tea from Uji, Kyoto, ground into a fine powder. Warm and nutty, with soft cocoa notes and no bitterness. Naturally low in caffeine, so it makes a good evening cup, or a gentle alternative to matcha.

Preparation
Latte. Sift 2 g (1 teaspoon) into a bowl or cup. Add 60 ml of water at 80–90 °C and whisk until smooth. Pour in 150–200 ml of warm milk of your choice.
Traditional. Sift 2 g. Add 150 ml of water at 80–90 °C. Whisk briefly, no foam needed.
