Ceremonial Matcha

MiMA is a ceremonial-grade matcha from the Uji region (Kyoto, Japan), crafted from young, shade-grown Samidori leaves. Freshly stone-ground in small batches, it is vividly green, with a smooth umami profile and no bitterness.

Freshly Stone-Ground in Uji
All MiMA matcha is freshly milled in Kyoto on traditional granite stone mills.
The slow grinding process preserves color, aroma, and structure, producing an exceptionally fine, silky powder without coarse particles.
MIMA Pure
MiMA comes from the Uji region of Japan, crafted in collaboration with a traditional tea producer who has refined the art of cultivation and processing for over a century.
Their knowledge, precision, and respect for the leaf define every batch. Each harvest is carefully selected and regularly tested in independent EU laboratories. The leaves are stone-ground in small batches just before shipment to preserve their vibrant color, aroma, and integrity.
MiMA is not mass produced. It is released in limited quantities, with clear provenance and a deliberate selection of every single harvest.
