How to prepare
- Sift 1 g (½ tsp) of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 20-30 ml of hot water (75–80 °C / 167–176 °F).
- Whisk in an M or W motion until a silky foam forms.
Miori is best enjoyed pure – smooth and balanced without milk or sugar. For a latte, add your preferred plant-based milk.
