How to prepare

1. Sift 2 g (½ tsp) of matcha into a bowl.
2. Add 20-30 ml of hot water (75–80 °C / 167–176 °F).
3. Whisk in an M or W motion until a silky foam forms.

Drink pure, or add your preferred plant-based milk for a latte.
